Appointments

Calling our office at 336-718-8000 at the first sign of illness helps to ensure that you receive an appointment time sooner rather than later. Normally, we are able to schedule same-day appointments for those requiring urgent care.

Well-child visits are available on a first-come basis, depending on the provider you choose. We recommend that you schedule these well in advance, as slots fill quickly! Please do your very best to be on time for appointments - even one late arrival creates delays for all the following appointments. If you are late, we may ask you to reschedule. As parents ourselves, we understand that the illness of your child can cause anxiety and increased stress! Our staff is dedicated to getting your child’s needs met which requires calm, clear interactions from both sides.

Other information

Please bring your current insurance card, a form of payment and a list of current prescriptions, as well as any prescription asthma medications or devices. Also, if needed, bring X-ray copies, reports of X-rays, MRIs or CT scans that you had recently.
