MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects you to your personalized health record – from anywhere, at any time. MyChart also enables you to stay in touch with your doctor – regardless of whether you are at home or traveling. MyChart allows you to remotely and securely review your personalized health information including current medications, immunizations, allergies and medical history. It also allows you to email your care team, request prescription refills, manage your appointments online and view you lab results. Our office also provides text message alerts for appointment reminders to our patients. If you would like to receive an appointment reminder by text message instead of a phone call, please give your mobile phone number to a front desk team member.
